Strategic Plan

This important plan serves as a roadmap for the City, guiding decision-making, setting direction, aligning the City team, maintaining focus on priorities, and strengthening accountability. The City continues to focus on and make progress across five priority goal areas: Economic Development, Infrastructure and Sustainability, Workforce of Excellence, Financial Sustainability, and Community Image.

City Council Guiding Principles
