The City provides the reports to each taxing district and the taxing district sends a representative to the JRB annual meeting. Customarily, the City conducts all TIF reviews sequentially in one session (TIF No. 3, TIF No. 5, TIF No. 6, TIF No. 7, & TIF No. 8.) JRB meetings are posted and announced, as are all City meetings, in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act and are open to the public.
