The City’s online utility payment portal is currently unavailable due to a temporary nationwide outage with our payment provider. Payments can be made in person at City Hall, by mail using the return envelope included with your bill, or over the phone by calling the Finance Department at 847-391-5329 or 847-391-5330 during regular business hours.
