Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the City of Des Plaines Public Works Department, 1111 Joseph Schwab Rd., Des Plaines to review the scope of the Work and the project specifications.
